If all the waste we generate is biodegradable, will this have no impact on the environment?

If the waste is all biodegradable, then it will have a good impact on the environment.  The waste gets mixed with the soil in the Earth.  The minerals get absorbed by the soil.  Harmful chemical gases or chemicals do not get mixed in to waters (under ground or rivers or ponds).

So the environment will be cleaner with air and water being less polluted.  Also there are some hassles due to plastic bags etc. , they do create some hassles.  Those will not be there.

Energy and resources present in the waste get recirculated in a healthier way.
