If alpha and beta are roots of equation 4x square-2x +(k-4) and alpha =1÷beta find value of k

Answer:

since alpha = 1/beta (Given)

alpha * beta = 1

and we know that product of roots = c/a

so,

alpha * beta = 1 = k-4/4

k-4 = 4

k = 8 (Ans)
