6x^2-7x-3=0
6x^2-9x+2x-3=0
3x(2x-3)+1(2x-3)=0
alpha=3x+1=0                           beta=2x-3
alpha=-1/3                                 beta=3/2
alpha ^2+beta^2
(-1/3)^2+(3/2)^2
=1/9+9/4
=4+81/36
=85/36
