if alpha and beta are the roots of a x square - bx + c is equal to zero where a is not equal to zero then calculate alpha + beta

α and β are roots for p(x)=ax²-bx+c
to calculate
α+β=-b/a ⇒for p(x)=ax²+bx+c ⇒gen. formula
      =-(-b)/a for p(x)=ax²-bx+c ⇒given
      =b/a
