from first equation
alpha + beta= -b/a
alpha x beta= c/a
for second equation let the roots be p and q
p+q = -b lambda/a = (alpha+beta)lambda
pxq = c lambda/a = (alpha x beta)lambda
from this the roots of the second equation are alpha lambda and beta lamda...
