2 {x}^{2}  + 5(x - 2) \\ 2 {x}^{2}  + 5x - 10  \\  \: on \: comparing \: with \: standard \: eq  \\ a {x}^{2} + bx + c     \\ \alpha  \beta  =  \frac{c}{a}  \\  \alpha  \beta  =  \frac{ - 10}{2}  \\  \alpha  \beta  =  - 5

alpha + beta = -b/a
