let p=alpha and q=beta

1/p+1/q=p+q/pq

p+q= -5/3

pq=7/3

1/p+1/q= -5/3/7/3

1/p+1/q=-5/7

1/p* 1/q=1/pq=3/7

p(x)=x^2+(5/7)x+3/7

p(x)=7x^2+5x+3
