Hi friend,

P(X) = 6X²+X-2

=> 6X²+4X-3X-2

=> 2X(3X+2)-1(3X+2)

=> (3X+2) (2X-1)

=> 3X +2 = 0. OR 2X -1 = 0

=> 3X = -2. OR 2X = 1

=> X = -2/3. OR X = 1/2

Alpha = -2/3 and Beta = 1/2

Therefore,

Alpha/Beta + Beta/Alpha = -2/3 ÷ 1/2 + 1/2÷-2/3

=> -2/3×2/1 + 1/2 ×-2/3

=> -4/3 + (-2/6)

=> -4/3 -2/6

=> -4×2 -2 × 1 /6

=> -8-2/6 = -10/6 = -5/3

Hence,

Alpha/Beta + Beta/Alpha = -5/3

HOPE IT WILL HELP YOU..... :-)
