by solving the given polynomial Eq. we find tha zeroes =
x2-5x+4= x-4x-x+4
 = x(x - 4) - (x - 4) \\ = (x - 1)(x - 4) \\ = x = 1 \: and \: 4
so we find the value of alpha and beta is 1 and 4, by putting the valu of alpha and beta in Eq. we easily find solution=

alpha/beta+beta/alpha= 1/4+4/1=17/4
