Let f(x) = 6x^2 + x - 2

Then, f(x) = x^2 +4x - 3x - 12

= x(x+4) - 3(x+4)

= (x -3)(x+4)

Therefore, the zeroes of f(x) are alpha = 3 and beta = -4

Then,

 \frac{ \alpha }{ \beta }  +  \frac{ \beta }{ \alpha }  =  \frac{3}{ -4 }  +  \frac{ -4 }{3}  \\  =  \frac{25}{-12}  =  \frac{-25}{12}

HOPE THIS COULD HELP!!!
