6x^2 -7x -3 =0
6x^2 -9x +2x -3 =0
3x(2x-3) +1(2x-3) 0
(2x-3)(3x+1) =0

alpha is 3/2
beta is -1/3

alpha/beta +beta /alpha
(3/2)/(-1/3) + (-1/3)/(3/2)
-9/2 -9/2
-85 / 18

i think it's-85/18
