Answer:

p(x)= 9y2 +12y +4

 \alpha + \beta = - b \div a

a + b = -12÷9

a + b = -4÷3

alpha × beta = c÷a

a × b = 4÷9

substitute a+b and a×b

=a+b - a×b

= -4÷3-4÷9

=-24÷27
