roots of p(x) are 1 and 1/3
let aplha is 1 and beta is 1/3
so alpha sq. / Beta is 3
and beta sq. / alpha is 1/9 so reqd eqn is
x^2 - (3+1/9)x +1/3= 0
let aplha is 1 and beta is 1/3
so alpha sq. / Beta is 3
and beta sq. / alpha is 1/9 so reqd eqn is
x^2 - (3+1/9)x +1/3= 0
