Given: α and β are the zeroes of the polynomial p(x)=4x^2+4x-1

so here a= -4 b=4 and c=1

α+β=-b/a= -4/4 = -1

αβ= c/a = 1/-4

now

1/α+1/β=α+β/αβ= -1/1/-4 =4
