According to the question,

α+β=6
αβ=4

To form a quadratic polynomial, we should put the value in the given form;

k(x² - (α+β)x + αβ)

Where k is constant.

So, the quadratic polynomial will be;

k(x² - 6x + 4)

=> x² - 6x + 4. ..... Answer
