Answer:The answer is -1/2.

Step-by-step explanation: the eqn. is x²+x-2

In this eqn. the (alpha+beta) is coefficient of x. i.e. 1

and the (alpha×beta) is constant term. i.e. -2

=Alpha/beta+beta/alpha

=(alpha+beta)/(apha×beta)

=1/-2

=-1/2
