If alpha and beta are the zeros of f(x)=3x^2-4x+1. Find the polynomial whose zeros are alpha ^2/beta and beta ^2/alpha.

f (x) = k(x^2-Sx+p)
f (x)=k (x^2-28/9x+1/3).
