Answer:

8x² + 14 x + 3 = 0

Explanation:

2x² - 11x + 12 = 0

2x² - 8x -3x +12 = 0

2x(x - 4) -3(x - 4) = 0

(x - 4)(2x - 3)= 0

x = 4 or x = 3/2

Therefore, Alpha and Beta are 4 and 3/2

1/alpha and 1/beta = 1/4 and 3/2

polynomial ---> x² + (sum)x + product = 0

=> x² + 7/4 x + 3/8 = 0 (multiply by 8)

=> 8x² + 14x + 3 = 0 (final answer)
