Hii friend,

P(X) = X²-3X-2

=> X²-X-2X-2

=> X(X-1)-2(X-1)

=> (X-1)(X-2)

=> (X-1) = 0 OR (X-2) = 0

=> X = 1 OR X = 2.

Hence,

Alpha = 1 and Beta = 2 are the two zeros of the quadratic polynomial.
