alpha and beta are roots of given eq
sum of roots =15/25
 \alpha  +  \beta  =  \frac{15}{25}

product of roots 2/25
 \alpha  \beta  =  \frac{2}{25}

to find the equation we know

x^2+(sum of roots)x+(product of roots)
 {x}^{2}  +  (\frac{1}{ \alpha }  +  \frac{1}{ \beta } )x +  \alpha  \beta
 {x}^{2}  + ( \frac{ \alpha  +  \beta }{ \alpha  \beta } )x +  \alpha  \beta
put the valuse and solve to get the ans
