 \alpha + \beta = - b \div \: a
 \alpha \beta = c \div \: a
1 \div \: 2 \alpha + 1 \div \: 2 \beta \\ 2 \beta + 2 \alpha \div \: 2 \alpha \beta \\ 2( \alpha + \beta ) \div \: 2 \alpha \beta
2 \times ( - b \div \: a) \div \: 2 \times c \div \: a
