polonomial x^2 + 5x - 6 . Find 1/Alpha + 1/Beta

Factorisation of x²+5x-6

=> x²+6x-1x-6

=> x(x+6)-1(x+6)

x=-6, x=1

therefore,

Alpha=-6, Beta=1

1/Alpha + 1/Beta = 1/(-6) + 1/1

= (-1+6)/6

= 5/6
