if alpha and beta are zeros of the polynomial x^2 -ax + b,then find the values of alpha^2(alpha^2/beta-beta)+beta^2(beta^2/alpha-alpha)

Answer: α,b are the zeros of x²-6x+k=0

then, α+β=-(-6/1)=6 and α×β=k/1=k

now given that, (α+β)²-2αβ=40

or, 6²-2k=40

or, 36-2k=40

or, -2k=40-36

or, -2k=4

or, k=4/-2

or, k=-2
