if alpha and bita are the zeroes of the polynomial x*2 + 4x + 3 , form the polynomial whose zeroes are 1+bita/alpha and 1+alpha/bita.

then find out 1 plus beta upon alpha and 1 plus alpha upon beta and make them ur new alpha and beta (change names ) now make a polynomial in the usual way
