alpha + beta = -b/a

i.e,-b/a = -(-10)/9

= 10/9

 \alpha   +  \beta  =   \frac{ - b}{a }

 \alpha  +  \beta  =  +  \frac{10}{9}

 \alpha  \beta  =  \frac{c}{a}

 \alpha  \beta  =  +  \frac{11}{9}
