Solution

Equation: x² - x - 13

→ a + ß = - (- 1)/1

→ a + ß = 1

(By formula)

→ aß = - 13/1

→ aß = - 13

(By formula)

→ 1/a + 1/ß = (a + ß)/aß

→ 1/(- 13)

→ - 1/13 [Answer]
