Hey!
_____________________________________________________________________________________________

Question = f(x) = x² - 5x + k

Given :-

α - β = 1

Sum of zero = -(coefficient of x ÷ coefficient of x²)

α + β = -b ÷ a

Product of zero = constant term ÷ coefficient of x²

α.β = c ÷ a

______________________________________________________________

Now :-

α + β = -(-5) ÷ 1

α.β = K ÷ 1

α - β = 1

α + β = 5

α = 3

β = 2

Now value of K :-

=> α.β = K

=> 3 × 2 = K

=> 6 = K
