ALPHA + BETA = 10 = -b/a

(ALPHA)(BETA) = 6 = c/a

POLYNOMIAL IS OF THE FORM ax^2 + bx + c = 0 or x^2 + b/a x + c/a = 0

plugging in the values

x^2 +10x + 6 = 0
