If am I annu.. Write a speech in 150-200 words to be delivered in the morning assembly on 'keeping our school neat and clean'
Answers
I would like to start my speech with the words of Mahatma Gandhi,
"Cleanliness is next to godliness."
Our character can be judged by others by looking at how clean our nearby space is. So, it is necessary to keep our living and working space neat and clean. We, students, live in school learning most of the important lessons of life. It is our duty to avoid littering around the school because we are the one who will be affected by the dirt and garbage around us.
Our health is also affected by the cleanliness around us. A bad environment is solely responsible for the bad health of an individual. Diseases in an area increase with the dirt.
Keeping our school neat and clean would not only keep us healthy but also motivate us to learn new things in the school. At last, I would like to conclude my speech with these words 'Cleanliness is a practice to purify our mind and body.'
