according to question: --> 3 x square -3x-x+1.

3x(x-1) -1(x-1).

(3x-1)(x-1).

as x =1 as beta and 1/3 as alpha.

according to question: --> alpha square / beta

(1/3 ) square / 1 square=> 1/9 .

1 square / (1/3) square .=> 9.
