Explanation:

What is the process of selling the milk to mother dairy or Amul?

As a agriculture student and especially from AAU : ANAND AGRICULTURAL UNIVERSITY..the place of white revolution in the asia. I see the amul very closely..

Amul is woorking on three tire system

1.villege level milk co-oparetive society

Collecting the milk from the farmer

Sell to local leval

Other milk are going for processing

Provide amul dan to farmer

2.district level milk co-oparetive society

The milk process over here

Also provide veternary service to farmer

Also chilling /pastaurization process at plant

3.state level milk co-oparetive society

It is governing body

Provide fund and basic facility to develope structure

Purchase the basic raw material

So, basically farmer sell their milk to primary village level dairy.
