if an acid needs water to relaease H+ions then, what about concentrated acids , how are they able to show acidic properties without the presence of water??​

Even though acids are concentrated they still have water in them and there can't be any acid without water.Even if we say that the acid is 80% conc there is just 20% of  acid in it.you may learn about it later.
