If an aeroplane covers 2700 km in 3 hours and another aeroplane covers 100 more km/hr than the first one . How much more time the first plane will take to cover the same distance???

Then,

v of A = s of A/ t of A = 2700 km/3 hours = 900 kmph.

∵ v of B = v of A+ 100 kmph = 900 kmph + 100 kmph = 1000 kmph

∴ s covered by B in 3 hrs = v of B × t = 1000 kmph × 3 = 3000 km

∴ the time taken by A to cover same s =  s/v = 3000 km / 900 kmph = 3 hr 20 min

Thus, A will take 20 more minutes.
