Given :-

  • An angle is 28 degree less than its complement.

 \\

To Find :-

  • The Measures of the 2 angles.

 \\

Solution :-

❏ As we know that, Two Angles are said to be Complementry angles if their sum is 90°.

⟶ Let the First angle be x

⟶ Then the Second angle be x - 28

According to Situation :

➞ x + ( x - 28 ) = 90

➞ 2x - 28 = 90

➞ 2x = 90 + 28

➞ 2x = 118

➞ x = 118 / 2

➞ x = 59

________________

Therefore :

  • First angle = x = 59°
  • Second Angle = x - 28 = 59 - 28 = 31°
