Let a and b are complementary angles so
a+b = 180......eq 1
According to qs We have
a= (180-b)/2 +30
a= 90-b/2+30
a= 120-b/2
Put this value in eq 1
120-b/2+b= 180
120+b/2= 180
b/2= 60
b = 120
a= 120-b/2 put b= 120
= 120-60
a = 60
