To Find

• Measure of the angle

Solution

Let the angle be " x "  and

Complimentary angle be " 90 - x "

A/c , " an angle is 30° more than one half of its complement "

$\implies \rm x=30+\dfrac{(90-x)}{2}\\\\\implies \rm x=\dfrac{60+90-x}{2}\\\\\implies \rm 2x=150-x\\\\\implies \rm 2x+x=150\\\\\implies \rm 3x=150\\\\\implies \rm x=50$

So , Measure of the angle , x = 50°
