If an angle is 60 degree more than half of its complementary angle,find its angle.

Answer:

let the angle be x, then it's complimentary angle will be 90 - x

then half of its complimentary angle is (90-x)/2

as per the given condition x = 60° + (90-x)/2

=> x = (120° + 90° - x)/2 [ LCM is 2 ]

=> x = 210° - x

=> 2x = 210°

=> x = 105°
