Let the two angles be x and 2x respectively.

• First angle = x
• Second angle = 2x

Supplementary angles are those angles whose sum is equal to 180°.

According to the question,

⟼ x + 2x = 180°

⟼ 3x = 180°

⟼ x = 180°/3

⟼ x = 60°

The value of x = 60°

• First angle = x = 60°
• Second angle = 2x = 2 × 60° = 120°
