if an angle of 30 degree more than one half of its complement find the measure of the angle

Let the angle be a

Complement angle = 90 - a

According to question,

a - 30 = (90 - a) /2

=> 2a - 60 = 90 - a

=> 2a + a = 90 + 60

=> 3a = 150

=> a = 50

Required angle = 50°

and complement be 90-x

According to questions

a-30=(90-a)/2

2a-60=90-a

3a=150
a=50

angle is 50
