✔️Temperatures is frozen and pressures are hundreds times greater than normal sea currents.
✔️Photosynthesis in ocean takes place in the sunlit upper layers.
✔️The organism need to be heterotrophic.
✔️The abyssal zone is harsh and the probability of organisms are living in upper layer can die.
✔️This slowly drifts down towards animals and they have very slow metabolic..
✔️The animals of the abyssal zone have special adaptations to help them.
