E = 10i + 3j + 4k
A = 0i + 10j + 10k

flux = E.A

Flux = (10i+3j+4k).10j+10k

flux = 0 + 30 + 40 = 70wbm

The electric flux is 100 unit.

Given:

Electric field, \vec{E} = 10i + 3j + 4k

The electric flux in the YZ plane, which is

Surface area, \vec{A} = 10i

Solution:

Electric flux can be defined as the rate at which the electric field lines travel through a given area.

The electric flux is calculated by the product of electric field to surface area.

\emptyset =\vec{E} \vec{A}

\emptyset =(10 \mathrm{i}+3 \mathrm{j}+4 \mathrm{k})(10 i)

\emptyset =100 \ units
