If an element gains electrons to become stable,people say that its valency is positive.But deep down electrons are negatively charged,then why valency is positive?Plz tell me fast I will mark you brainliest​

When elements gain electron its known as reduction.. Becose when elements loose electron it is know as oxidation.. Due to oxidation every elements having positive charge, and in the case of gain of electron or reduction, its neutral

Such as

Ca+ when gain of 2e- its Ca=reduction

When

Ca loss 2e-its Ca+=oxidation
