The total work done should remain conserved.( Work Energy Theorem)

Therefore the work done by the engine must be conserved in the form of potential energy in the block.

Work done by engine = increase in potential energy.

100 = mass × g × height

100 = 0.2 ( kg ) × 9.8 ( m/ s^2 ) × H

H = 100 / (9.8 × 0.2)

H = 100 / 1.96

H = 51.02 m
