in the equilateral triangle ABC

let the resistance between AB=R1

BC=R2 , CA=R3

SO R1 AND R2 ARE CONNECTED IN SERIES

Rs= R1+R2

=2R ------------1

NOW 2R AND R3 ARE CONNECTED IN PARALLEL

Rp=2R X R/ 2R + R

=2R^2/3R

= 2R/3
