If an isosceles right angled triangle has an area of 12cm2, then ,find the length of its base.

In an isosceles triangle two sides are equal.
Here the base and the perpendicular of the triangle are equal in length.

Area of the triangle=12cm^2

12cm^2 =1/2*base*height
Put b & h as x
24=x^2
X =4.899cm..

So, length of its base is 4.899 cm
