9 = (6)²/2√[36*4-b²]
√(144-b²) = 2
144-b² = 4
b² = 140
b = 2√35 = base of isosceles ∆ .
now, Height = √(6)² -(√35)² = 1
so,
Area of isosceles ∆ = 1/2*base*Height = 1/2*2√35*1 = √35 cm² (Ans)
