we know that x - 20%x is 800$
(100x-20x)/100=800
80x=80000
x=80000/80
x = 1000
therefore, orignal price is 1000$
CP-D=SP
1000-D=800
D is -200 $
i.e. 200 $
(100x-20x)/100=800
80x=80000
x=80000/80
x = 1000
therefore, orignal price is 1000$
CP-D=SP
1000-D=800
D is -200 $
i.e. 200 $
