Answer:

a = v - u / t

so ,

=>a = 10 - 0 / 5

Therefore ,

=>a = 10 / 5

=> a = 2 m/s²

A : 2 m/s

A = ( V - U ) ÷ T

Where, A = acceleration

V = Final Velocity

U = Initial Velocity

T = Time

GIVEN

"The object attains a velocity" means U = 0, ( at first, it is at rest ) V = 10 m/s, T = 5 sec.

TO FIND

Acceleration

CALCULATION

= ( 10 - 0 ) ÷ 5

= 10 / 5

= 2

SOLUTION

Acceleration of the object = 2 m/s
