If an object has 0 momentum ,does it have kinetic energy?Explain your answers

An object can have zero momentum when either its mass or its velocity is zero. Since, negetive mass doesn't exist, the velocity should be zero and thus, the object must be at rest.

Kinetic energy = 0.5 × mass × velocity²

Momentum is zero when change in velocity is zero, but kinetic can never be zero when body is motion.

Also,

Momentum is vector (it has both magnitude and direction) but kinetic energy scalar (it has only magnitude).

This is because mass of the object can never be 0. Hence , when the object has zero momentum , its kinetic energy is also zero .
