Momentum is mass * velocity and mass can never be 0 so obviously the velocity is 0

And kinetic energy is 1/2 * mass * velocity² which will be 0 because velocity is 0

Step-by-step explanation:

An object can have zero momentum when either its mass or its velocity is zero. Since, negetive mass doesn't exist, the velocity should be zero and thus, the object must be at rest. ... If the velocity is zero, the momentum and the KE will be zero. Hence if an object has zero momentum, it will have no kinetic energy.
